Coaching Essentials - Foundation Level
An accredited one to one programme

This is a foundation entry-level programme for aspiring coaches. It’s an introduction to coaching for individuals who want to incorporate some coaching tools and techniques into their business or personal lives or who plan to set up a business and are looking to work with organisations and their staff.

The programme is open to everybody, and there is no prior coaching experience required. Whatever your current knowledge, you are welcome here.

Who is it suitable for?

For anyone interested in finding out more about developing a coaching approach in their career or becoming an established coach in their own right? This foundation-level course could be a springboard to move on to more professional, accredited coach training.

Assessment methodology for Accreditation with the InstLM

Completion of a Development Action Plan/learning log
Evidence of a minimum of 6-12 coaching hours with a client
Coaching client case notes
Self-reflection journal of the coaching sessions
